This 3-day safari is perfect for primate enthusiasts based in Uganda. You will trek through the lush Kibale Forest to observe chimpanzees in their natural environment. The safari also includes forest walks, bird watching, and cultural experiences with local communities nearby.

Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Departure from Kampala
Early morning departure from Kampala to Kibale Forest National Park. Check in to the lodge, afternoon orientation, and optional forest walk for acclimatization.
Day 2: Chimpanzee Tracking
Full day chimpanzee trekking experience. Observe chimps in their natural habitat, learn about their behaviors from expert guides, and enjoy the forest scenery. Afternoon visit to Bigodi Wetlands for bird watching.
Day 3: Return to Kampala
Morning at leisure or optional nature walk. After breakfast, drive back to Kampala/Entebbe with memories of Uganda’s primate forests.
