1. Reservations & Payments

To secure your safari booking, a minimum deposit of 30% of the total package price is required. Full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to departure. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other official payment methods approved by Kenzi Safaris.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to the following policies:

• Cancellation 30+ days before departure: 50% of deposit refundable
• Cancellation within 30 days: deposit non-refundable
• Full refund only if Kenzi Safaris cancels the tour

We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations.

3. Safari Conduct & Safety

• Guests must follow all instructions from safari guides and staff.
• Respect wildlife and local communities at all times.
• Guests are responsible for personal safety during adventure activities.
• Any damages caused by negligence may incur additional charges.

4. Liability & Insurance

Kenzi Safaris is not liable for loss, injury, or delays caused by natural events, transportation, political unrest, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and personal belongings.

5. Health & Medical Requirements

• Guests must ensure they are fit to participate in safari activities.
• Vaccinations (yellow fever, malaria prophylaxis, etc.) may be required depending on destinations.
• Guests should disclose any medical conditions to Kenzi Safaris prior to booking.

6. Wildlife & Environmental Rules

Observing wildlife responsibly is mandatory. Guests should:

• Keep safe distances from all animals.
• Not feed or provoke wildlife.
• Follow eco-friendly practices and avoid littering.

7. Photography & Media

Photography is encouraged, but guests must respect privacy of local communities and other travelers. Some areas may restrict photography for conservation or cultural reasons.

8. Nightlife & Optional Experiences

Some safari packages include optional **nightlife experiences**, such as cultural performances, stargazing, or lodge events. Participation is voluntary. Guests are responsible for personal safety and behavior during these activities.

9. Itinerary Changes

Kenzi Safaris may modify itineraries due to weather, park regulations, or unforeseen circumstances. Changes will aim to maintain the quality, comfort, and safety of the safari experience.

10. Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, and luggage during the safari. Kenzi Safaris is not liable for lost or stolen items.

11. Force Majeure

Kenzi Safaris is not liable for cancellations or changes caused by natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or any events beyond reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

All bookings with Kenzi Safaris are governed by Ugandan law. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Ugandan courts.
